We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with our clients, guiding the conversation to ensure all information is obtained for the client's service needs as well as their account information. The candidate should be patient, personable, and must be comfortable using technology in a fast paced setting.
Responsibilities:
Data entry input
Maintain accounts receivable records
Answer inbound telephone calls and emails
Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
