Reports to District Manager and Operations Team.
Must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects at the same time. The ideal candidate has familiarity with organizational and scheduling software such as Trello, Slack, and 7Shifts.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and be able to communicate clearly and effectively in a professional and timely manner. Must be able to keep track of multiple projects and follow up with contacts as needed.
Must possess strong computer skills and show proficiency with Microsoft Office/Google Suite and email.
Should be a highly motivated self starter with an eye for detail that enjoys seeing projects through to completion.
Should possess an entrepreneurial attitude that allows them to work independently and solve problems
Works to ensure all stores are operating at full capacity by ensuring that all team members are fully trained.
Fulfills all tasks related to General Manager/Assistant Manager/Shift Leader if/when a position is vacant.
Works shifts for all new store openings to ensure that all team members, including general managers, are trained and that customer service levels are maintained during peak periods.
Works with GM’s at all locations to ensure that Shift Leaders are meeting weekly and monthly performance metrics.
Reviews all bi-weekly schedules; taking into account business trends, events, and labor goals.
Works with General Managers on bi-weekly meetings with individual Shift Leaders and helps to develop guidelines for items to be discussed.
Works with the Operations Team to ensure that Toast recipes and inventories are complete and accurate.
Applies analytical skills to solve a breadth of problems that may arise during a typical work day.
