This week, we're proud to recognize Officer Nakisha Doucett, a recipient of the Great Catch Award at her site! 👏

The Great Catch Award recognizes colleagues who go above and beyond to help keep patients safe by identifying potential concerns before harm can occur.

Officer Doucett earned this recognition while monitoring security cameras and noticing a patient leaving a designated care area. Thanks to Officer Doucett's attentiveness and quick action, colleagues and Security were alerted immediately, helping prevent a potentially serious safety event.

This moment is a powerful reminder that patient safety is a team effort, and every role makes a difference. Officer Doucett's vigilance, professionalism, and willingness to speak up embody our commitment to providing safe, high-quality care.
