Hi there, cleaning business owners! 👋
I think it’s time for a little reintroduction—especially since I’m stepping back into the consulting space after a few years away! Let’s dive in.

I’m Rosalynn, a cleaning business consultant who just wrapped up a major chapter in my life: selling my cleaning company a few weeks before Thanksgiving this year. Yep, the one I started from scratch in 2014 with big dreams and a lot of elbow grease.

Some highlights from my journey:

✔️ Served 900+ clients over the years
✔️ Ran two locations in two different cities for a full year
✔️ Built a thriving residential cleaning service business that lasted over a decade
✔️ Operated the business remotely across 4 states (OH, TX, AL, and FL) during military moves as a proud military spouse
✔️ All while raising a baby (15 months old now!) and rocking the 3rd trimester of pregnancy with baby #2 on the way 🎉

Let’s face it—holidays are some of the most stressful times of the year. But YOU step in, lightening the load for your clients and making their homes shine during this season of high demands.

🍂🗓️ Fall Team Availability: Let's Plan Together! 🗓️🍂

As we gear up for the fall season, it's time to put together our teams' availability schedule. We, as cleaning business owners want to ensure a smooth and successful season ahead.
Here are a few important questions I ask during interviews and hiring:

1. Minimum Hours Needed: We're committed to accommodating your needs while maintaining a balanced workload. What are the minimum hours you need to comfortably work each week? Your input helps us create a schedule that respects your personal commitments.

2. Maximum Hours Desired: On the flip side, we want to know how much you're excited to contribute. What's your ideal maximum work schedule? This information helps us match your enthusiasm with the tasks at hand.

3. Important Dates: We understand life is filled with various commitments. Are there any specific dates you'll need off in the upcoming months? This includes non-major holidays, school breaks, appointments, or other crucial events. Knowing this helps us plan ahead and keep our operations running smoothly.

The struggle is totally real when trying to find the best glass cleaner. I’ve tried Windex (talk about wanting to cough all time), to at least 10 different organic window cleaning solutions.

The story seems to end up the same- the glass or mirror looks smudged.

Nothing beats Hot soapy water and paper towels.
