Its time to put the spotlight on Ryan Quinn!
He is the Academic Director here at the Center for Positive Leadership.

Ryan earned his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. He has a rich background in the study of organizational behavior and he incorporates that knowledge into his work every day. Ryan is an associate professtor at the UofL College of Buisness in the Management and Entrepreneurship department, as well as a consultant, author, speaker, and real-life POSITIVE LEADER.

Here's how UofL is leading the way for change in the world!

We have a new Elevator project to show you!

This weeks project was created by Arabella Ceralde (Junior Communications major), Kenny Smith (sophomore), and Javian Moorman (Senior
Honors/Marketing major).

These students decided to tackle:

Enhancing the employee Emergency Relief Fund and ensuring employees are sufficiently digitally literate to access fund information in the company's information system at Facilities Management Services.

Good people, good projects, good faith.

That's a motto anyone in leadership can take away and apply to their everyday lives in the field.
At the end of the day, we are all human beings. It's important to surround yourself with likeminded individuals and people with a genuine drive and passion for your line of work in order to see the highest levels of success.

We are thrilled to announce Ryan Jones has joined us at The Center for Positive Leadership as our newest Affiliated Professional!

Combining two decades of organizational consulting with developmental trauma treatment expertise to equip individuals and leaders with practical relationship tools, Ryan is bringing his knowledge to The Center for Positive Leadership! Using the Enneagram and a targeted coaching approach, he helps clients break out of reactive patterns to create deeper, more meaningful connections.

Here's how UofL is leading the way for change in the world!

Our Elevator class has officially started their new projects, and we will be detailing each step of the journey. This week's standout project is created by Lily Sumpter, who has officially launched her own company: P.E.E.P. (Purpose, Education, Empowerment, and Planning)!

P.E.E.P. tackles the fundamental question, “What do you want to do in the future?” by equipping individuals with the tools and strategies needed to discover their true purpose.

Throughout the year, Lily will be actively piloting and implementing this dedicated programming for students right here in local high schools!
