We enjoyed hosting nearly 30 students and faculty from Miami University’s Farmer School of Business Real Estate Program this past Friday!

A little rain didn’t stop us from showing them around Louisville. We made stops at Germantown Mill Lofts , Swiss Village , Myers Lofts, The Starks Building, the UofL Urban Design Studio, and C**t Club Lofts, including a visit to SOLE Speakeasy.

It was a great opportunity to share some of Louisville’s redevelopment projects, historic properties, and the work happening throughout our city. Thanks for spending the day with us!
