Before a submersible pump ever reaches our assembly line, it starts in our sub-assembly department.

Rather than one long assembly line, our Sub-Assembly department is built around focused workstations, each staffed by just one or two people and dedicated to a specific component. The department itself is organized around what's being built at each stage.

That means more attention to detail and more hands-on craftsmanship in every pump that leaves our factory.

Our Wash Department cleans approximately 4,000 parts every shift—nearly 8,000 parts every day—helping ensure components are ready for assembly.

Just as important is what happens after the cleaning process. Wastewater is processed through an evaporator that removes tramp oils before the remaining water is sent for proper, safe disposal. It's all part of our commitment to responsible manufacturing and building products you can count on.
