ECT Services is a Louisville based, business founded in 1981. The founders, Kathy and Larry Fisher, began the business for the same reasons that are headlined in the news today: ENERGY

The high cost of energy and the desire to assist our customer’s in Energy Savings. As technology evolved over the past 27 years, so did the team at ECT Services. We were the first in Kentucky to adopt the ‘open’ protocol of BACnet (Building Automation Controls network) which was became an ASHRAE standard. We were the first in Kentucky to use the Tridium Integration Platform that enables building owners with multiple brands of controls to bring the information to one front end. We were the first to develop comprehensive responsibility matrixes for our 5 year employment of ‘open’ security systems. The matrix brought the multiple security players on a job together to work as a team to ensure the implementation to be
