This day will stay with me always... the feeling you get in the pit of your stomach and in your chest in moments like this burn themselves into your memory. We lived through THREE YEARS of believing that David had MSA. Thankfully, he did not. And I do not hold anything against the doctor who delivered the news to us that day. At the time there was not much known about it, with diagnosis mostly requiring an educated guess based on symptomology.... but still, those three years were extra hellish and filled with worry.
