Remember your first "adult" money moment? Maybe it was a lease, a paycheck with taxes taken out, or the first time a credit card company "pre-approved" you. 🙃

Now imagine figuring it all out alone, with no parent or mentor to text "is this normal??"

That's the reality for so many young people aging out of foster care. It's a big part of why our internships include real, practical money skills — clear, honest basics shouldn't be a luxury.

Your brain is brilliant. It is not, however, a filing system. 🧠📎

I used to think being needed was the goal.
