For a long time, I thought rest was something I had to earn...
When the work was done. When the inbox was empty. When the business no longer needed me.
The problem is that entrepreneurship always gives us more work to do.
If we're not careful, we begin to believe our value is found in our productivity, our achievements, or how much we can carry.
I've been learning something different.
My worth isn't found in what I produce.
It's found in who I am. ❤️
The same is true for you.
Yes, steward your business well. Yes, work hard. Yes, build something meaningful.
But don't forget that you're more than your revenue, your title, your to-do list, or the number of hours you worked this week.
You're a whole person with gifts, relationships, passions, and purpose that extend far beyond your business. You are a human being. Not a human doing.
