Please join us in welcoming Joe Sitkowski to the First Class Air Support team!

We're excited to announce that Joe Sitkowski has joined First Class Air Support as our Sales Director.

Joe brings more than 13 years of experience in the commercial aviation aftermarket, with expertise in aircraft parts procurement, sales, fleet support, supplier management, and strategic business development. Throughout his career, he has built strong industry relationships while delivering results for customers and organizations across the global aviation aftermarket.

Most recently, Joe served as Senior Manager of Fleet Parts Procurement at Aircraft Engine Lease Finance (AELF), where he supported fleet maintenance, aircraft deliveries, and global procurement initiatives. In his new role, Joe will focus on strengthening customer relationships, expanding business opportunities, and supporting the continued growth of First Class Air Support.

We're excited to have Joe on board and look forward to the experience, leadership, and customer-focused approach he brings to our team.

Yesterday afternoon, members of our First Class Air Support team traded parts for pickleball paddles during a fun afternoon of friendly competition, laughs, and team building.

Events like these are a great reminder that the relationships we build outside of work make us even stronger when we're back on the job. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it a great afternoon. We're already looking forward to the next one!
