100+ people. Four local companies. One packed day of learning, experimenting and figuring out how to actually put AI to work.

But honestly, the best part was seeing a room full of people leaning in, asking questions and learning together.

Meet Mitch!

He is a Centre College grad, lifelong runner, Minecraft fan, and quite possibly the biggest running shoe nerd you'll ever meet. Don't believe us, ask him?

More importantly, he's just an awesome guy. Calm, thoughtful, always willing to help, and the kind of person people enjoy being around.

Team ABS keeps getting better.

Please join us in welcoming Steven to the crew!

Steven is one of those guys who just fits. He loves technology, enjoys solving problems, and stays cool when things get hectic. Basically, all the stuff you want in IT.

When he's not helping people with technology, you'll probably find him playing Fallout: New Vegas, dropping random movie trivia that nobody else knows, or cranking up some classic rock and Motown.

The guy loves technology, loves solving problems, and doesn't get rattled under pressure. Sounds like an ABS teammate to us.

Well…not a lot of work was getting done once this guy showed up.

He made the rounds, collected approximately 437 pets, handed out a bunch of smiles, and completely destroyed office productivity.

Worth it.

Sometimes you just need a four-legged visitor to make everybody’s day a little better.

Pretty sure he loved every second of it too.

Tuesday, Mark Lewis was on stage speaking at an Kentucky (Association for Corporate Growth) event.

Wednesday? He was sweating over a grill cooking burgers and dogs for the entire ABS team.

One of our ABS Ways is: “Nothing is beneath you. Just get it done.”

Mark has been living that one out for 13 years.

One day you’re on stage. The next day you’re flipping burgers.

The best leaders don’t just talk about culture. They grab the spatula and live it.

20 Years!!!

Twenty years ago, John Clark joined ABS.

Back then, people were printing directions from MapQuest, Blockbuster was still packed on Friday nights, flip phones were cutting-edge technology, and a $300 driver felt outrageously expensive.

A lot has changed since then.

But one thing hasn't.

John has always been the kind of person people trust.

Clients trust him. Teammates rely on him. Friends respect him.

Not because of a title, but because of who he is.

He's smart, funny, compassionate, and one of the most genuine people you'll ever meet. He listens more than he talks, cares deeply about people, and somehow always knows when to challenge you, encourage you, or make you laugh.

The truth is, companies don't keep great people for 20 years.

Great people choose to stay where they believe in the mission, the team, and the people they're building something with.

The hair may be a little grayer, the office body pillow has somehow become legendary, and his dad jokes are getting better, but the impact he's made on ABS, our clients, and all of us is bigger than ever.
