Congratulations to our spotlight winner, Amber Siples, Administrative Services Associate supporting Accounting and HR.🫶
Amber quietly makes a big impact across the company. Much of her work happens behind the scenes, but it is felt across both internal operations and client support.
She has been focused on directly improving the employee experience at CisCom, including the initiatives to help boost internal morale and exploring new health plan options for the team. On the client side, she has recently stepped into invoice related support and will soon be managing our Net Promoter Score efforts, helping us better understand client feedback and experience trends.
Amber has a natural instinct for noticing what could work better and then taking action, whether that is refining a process, supporting a teammate, or helping move an initiative forward. She brings a steady, positive presence to the team, and it shows in everything she touches.
We are glad to have her on the team and excited to see everything she continues to build here.
