Recently, Dr. Russell had the privilege of traveling to and working with senior leaders from the Bermuda Police Service and regional partner agencies on behalf of the University of Louisville Southern Police Institute (SPI) during a Strategic Management course hosted in Bermuda.

Strategic leadership is not theory. It is alignment, clarity, and disciplined ex*****on under pressure.

Dr. Russell worked alongside leaders from:
