He came to the house on a Saturday when our refrigerator stopped working, diagnosed the problem, and rather than run up the bill he gave me an option to try it myself first and if that didn’t work out to call him back in. That was all that was needed for our Samsung dishwasher to miraculously begin working again. I was briefed on proper loading and cleaning techniques and all is right again. Praise Alfonso."

Great review from Alison... "Alfonso was great, he came to diagnose a squeaky washing machine. Of course when he got there, the machine sounded fine (Murphy's law) but rather than calling my bluff, he told me to send him a video of the noise and he would come back once he had heard the sound it was making. I appreciated his offer to follow up and will call him back to repair the machine if needed!"
