Good Morning! I hope it has been a good week! Question of the day is: DO YOU NEED HELP! Are you struggling, fearful, burned out or confused about your team or tasks you have in front of you! If so, you are not alone! Many managers and supervisors are needing help and most often we try to figure things out on our own. Why not ask those with more experience or knowledge about your situation for help? I've had to learn to take risks, make requests, step back, be vulnerable in my career and most every job. Because every job was a step up! I didn't know how to do it at first. The help is out there. You can direct message people, ME, or research You Tube and if persistent, you will master this area and move on to others.

All the best to you on your journey! And don't forget...Asking for help builds that courage muscle! And confidence appears!
