Limited Warranty for Clock Movements and Music Boxes
Effective Date:
Warranty Period: Three (3) Years from the Date of Purchase
A Clock Repair Shop ("Company") warrants that all clock movements and music boxes ("Product") sold or serviced by us are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of three (3) years from the original date of purchase or service.
Warranty Coverage:
If a defect arises within the warranty period, and the Product has been used and maintained properly, the Company will, at its sole discretion:
Repair the defective Product, or
Replace the defective Product with the same or a comparable model.
What is Not Covered:
This warranty does not cover:
1. Accidental or Intentional Damage – Any damage caused by dropping, improper handling, or misuse.
2. Negligence – Failure to follow maintenance or care instructions, improper storage, or exposure to extreme conditions.
3. Theft or Loss – Stolen or lost products are not covered under this warranty.
4. Tampering or Unauthorized Repairs – Any modification, alteration, or repair performed by unauthorized personnel voids the warranty.
5. Acts of God – Damage caused by natural disasters, including but not limited to fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or other extreme weather conditions.
6. Improper Installation or Use – Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper winding, over-winding, or use with incompatible components.
7. Normal Wear and Tear – Expected deterioration due to regular use, including fading, minor cosmetic damage, or slight variations in sound quality over time.
8. Batteries or Power Sources – This warranty does not cover battery leakage, corrosion, or failure due to battery-related issues.

Proof of purchase or service (receipt or order confirmation).
A description of the issue.
Photographs or videos (if applicable) demonstrating the defect.
If the Product needs to be shipped for inspection or repair, the customer is responsible for shipping costs to the Company. The Company will cover the return shipping for valid warranty claims.
Limitation of Liability:
This warranty is the exclusive remedy of the customer and replaces any other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. The Company shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Product.
Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction.
