In our pandemic world it is even more important that we understand the role each of us plays in maintaining our own health. A relatively new area of research is the gut-brain connection. We now know these are real indicators of the gut-brain connection.
Johns Hopkins Medical Center has called the "little" brain or second brain the "enteric nervous system" or ENS and know it has more than 100 MILLION nerve cells lining the gastrointestinal tract from mouth to re**um.
