Having Trouble Scanning to Email?
Google (Workspace & Gmail) and Microsoft (Office365 & Outlook) are pushing out security protocol changes that are affecting a multifunction device's ability to authenticate use of scan to email services. In order for these services to be operational changes in security settings and communications structure have to be made on the administrative consoles for both services and the MFP unit itself.
