Important Update for Business Owners: On Mon, Dec 23, the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals reversed an injunction on the BOI (Beneficial Ownership Information) reporting. Thus, the U.S. Treasury Department has delayed the reporting deadline for millions of small businesses to Jan. 13, 2025. https://zurl.co/cX3cR

The Loveland Business Development Center is funded by the City of Loveland. The Loveland Chamber of Commerce has the contract with the City of Loveland to provide services for LBDC clients. Business counseling is available to new and existing City of Loveland businesses at no charge. Low cost classes and free networking events are also available. The Loveland business community has access to an aligned set of partners through the LBDC; the City of Loveland, the Loveland Chamber of Commerce and the Larimer SBDC.
