Finally, after being a student of John Maxwell, using and teaching his principles for years I decided it was time to make it official. And a week in Orlando didn't suck either. Side note, if you ever have a chance to go hear Tim Tebow thunder away...worth your time!

Happy New Year Team!!!!
As we kick off 2025 I’d like to make you aware of a new Keynote presentation I’ve developed. It’s about “Legacy and Andy’s Law”. In the development it has become glaringly apparent to me the most people have not really thought about their Legacy, what it means and really what they want it to be. It all came to a head for me 2 and a half years ago when my father passed. I took this picture with Dad the afternoon before he passed. Little did we know. What it doesn’t portray was the long, long discussion we had about his life and legacy. As the end was approaching, and sooner than either of us realized, he had not considered it. He had questions and doubts. I learned so much from that conversation that it started me on a journey to not only search out my own legacy but help others before they find themselves facing the end. We never know when the end will come and to know that what we leave behind is lasting and impactful, brings great peace-of-mind. It’s also important for leaders of all levels to think about their lasting impact with their organizations. After all, it’s not just a job.

If you've ever wanted a taste of freedom that comes with flight...I was honored to take one of my longest friends, Amy on a discovery flight...her first time. We were college friends from our freshman year...and even then she knew i wanted to fly jets and slip the bonds of gravity. And now she did too!

Of course you know I'm passionate about aviation ... and kids. One of my favorite things to do are field trips to Skip's hangar. Lots a fun, hands on aeronautical experiments...and of course, a seat in my plane! Thier curiosity inspires me ... and I hope I inspire them! ,
