Back in 2019 Crafted Connections began working with Schacht Spindle Company. Schacht Spindle Co works hard to ensure they are an all inclusive, safe, and EQUAL opportunity employer. Thank you Safeway for being our featured employer! Back in January Crafted Connections began partnering with grocery stores. During our time working with Safeway we were able to assist a client who had not been able to maintain a job for longer than a month for over 6 years due to a traumatic brain injury. While working with Safeway it was proven what can happen when you bridge business and ability. Scott (Store Director) and Mike (Store Manager) demonstrated what it truly means to be equal opportunity employers. It was never what can you do, it was what can we do in order to support the clients job stability. Thank you Safeway for supporting us as we strive to provide everyone the opportunity to work!
