Department of AG & DWD, WAMIC & IMA Conferences, Montana & Iowa State Banker's Associations, Badgerland Financial, University of Wisconsin at Madison, Kohler, Harley Davidson world headquarters and many others. Here is a quote from Shelley a Training Officer, whom I have had the honor of serving in a Department within the State of Wisconsin...

"Michael Leitz is an engaging and entertaining speaker. Over the past several years, he has educated us on a variety of relevant topics, presenting "Managing the Generations" and "Managing Multiple Priorities" training sessions to both our employees and supervisors. Michael's training sessions are well received and highly attended by our employees….in other words, our busy employees see the value of taking time from their demanding schedules in order to attend his classes. I appreciate Michael's sense of humor, easy going manner and consistent professionalism. It is a pleasure to schedule and attend his training sessions. I would unequivocally recommend Michael Leitz as a trainer for any business seeking to educate and enlighten their employees."

Struggling with balance? 1) Make a list with two columns. At top of columns write: URGENT & IMPORTANT. 2) Take five-minutes to list everything you need to do this week. placing them in the appropriate column. 3) Put a line through the items that can wait a week or the items you can give away to others. 4) Now prioritize the list in order to maintain balance.

REPEAT. Start next week with the items from step three you crossed-off that could wait. Also start with the items you did not accomplish form the previous week.

Do this weekly and your stress level will go down as you work from a well thought-out process.

PUBLIC SPEAKING AND NERVOUSNESS

When preparing a presentation or speech. Always make sure you have the final product (slides and speech) in it's final form 3 Days before it is due. Then spend a majority of your time two days before the presentation practicing the talk several times until it is perfect. Use your phone or tablet to record yourself to be able to make corrections. Then the day before the talk, simply relax and do not practice the talk more than one time.

Following this timeline will virtually eliminate nervousness when presenting. You will be calm, cool and successful!
