I wanted to post this for a while now, but I’ve struggled with the words. This week is bittersweet, as we say not “goodbye”, but “we’ll see you around” to Ashley. Ashley has been with us for the majority of our almost 23 years in business. While we hate to see her go, we wish her all the best in the next chapter of her life. We have laughed together, cried together, and probably been mad at each other at some point (although I can’t recall a time that we were). She has been one of the hardest working people we’ve ever had, and loyal through the good times and the bad. Most importantly, we’ve shared life stories and she’s always been the sister I never had. Thank you Ashley for all you have done to contribute to the growth of Franklin Signs, but most importantly for being my friend and “sister”. I sincerely appreciate you & love you and your family. - Trent
