As small businesses we all promote ourselves to keep our name out there in a positive light and relevant. Itās not always easy to do and sometimes we have to help each other out too! You know as well as I do we all have bad or off days. We even get those ābadā reviews or customers. Itās the ones that I am going to tell you about below that make the hard days worth pushing through for!
Allow me to take a moment to give a HUGE shoutout to some incredible customers and friends here for just a moment! Go check em out, support small business and help spread the kindness, loyalty and incredible support we are shown by so many!!
š¢ Carolina Contracting - First thing this morning i received a call with someone needing graphics same day! Normally, thatās impossible, BUT I told them to come by and we would see what we could do. This is a father and son, family owned and operated business. They came by so I could look at what they needed, gave a price and told them to come back after lunch. I just gotta say, these are two of the nicest and polite gentlemen we have had the pleasure of doing work for; all those who helped on thisnjob agreed! Itās guys like these that make the world a better place!
š Hartās Automotive Service & Wrecker - Darren is a class act. When we need something we try to call on customers so that we can return the favor. When I called Darren in a pinch needing help moving heavy equipment he did not hesitate. He got a couple guys and trucks lined up and put them right to work for however long we needed them. The guys were great! They were helpful, cheerful and never complained. Great guys all around āŗļø
šµ Cookie Thompson at T-Fab - Not only can cookie lay dimes with a welder and fabricate his heart out, but he is one of the best friends you could ask for. This is a guy that you call when youāre in an emergency and he will show up ready to work, even amidst his own struggles. When we needed to move our equipment quickly he offered a spot at his shop and moved his own equipment and tools to make room. Not only that, but he enlisted help of his own friends and family while refusing help or financial compensation. His words, āyou know how we doā. Let me tell ya, this is the kind of person you want working on those fab projects. A heart and welding torch that just donāt quit!
š£ Jerry Strickland at Strickland Signs & Service, LLC - I donāt know how we get so lucky to have wonderful people come into our lives, but Jerry is one of those that will drop everything and come running when in need. Sign people know sometimes we just have to ask for help. Thereās no room for pride in the sign business or at least there shouldnāt be š On more than one occasion Jerry has gotten us out of a bind and come running to the rescue! Heās top notch and as honest as they come. Trent has always said, āthereās enough business out there for all of usā and itās true! If you ever need a quick service call, install or even just some help on your own project give Jerry a call! After you call and make sure we canāt first of course š Just funin. In all seriousness, if you need himā¦call! You wonāt be disappointed!
š” Gaston County Family YMCA / The Y - I canāt say enough how incredible Sarah and her team at the various locations are! They have been incredible to do work for, but also the kindest most sympathetic and patient group of people weāve ever met. They never fail to tell us how much they appreciate us, but when we experienced the loss of Toby and Kathy they showed up bearing gifts, prayers and sympathy. They help make the community great and bring joy into every single person they encounter. Go check em out! Sponsor. Be involved in the community! Help support the ones who make the community and beyond a far better place! š©·
ā«ļø Sheriff Chad Hawkins Gaston County Sheriff's Office - Many of you know we are honored to get to provide the graphics for many of the police departments in Gaston County. Most of those are due to Chads loyalty to businesses that support the community because he wants to see the community better than when he came in. Now, this isnāt political at all. Chad has not only help grow our business through his love and support, but heās also been an incredible friend. We know he will hold us to the same standard as he does everyone but encourage and help make things better. Loyalty from repeat customers is what keeps us all going. Itās what makes you feel like youāve done something right, even when it all seems to be going wrong. We are blessed to have a strong community leader, but even more than that we are greatful to call Chad a friend.
Sorry for the long post, but I hope You read and show your support to ALL of the small business & people Iāve mentioned. Supporting one another is what itās all about!!
