Central Research, Inc. (CRI) provides technical, management, contact center, and financial services for government and commercial customers.

Founded in 2002 by CEO Scott Dillard and his late father Johnny Dillard, PhD, a retired Marine Corps Officer, Vietnam Veteran and Army National Guard Lieutenant Colonel, the two worked to build CRI from a Service-Disabled, Veteran Owned Small Business to the large federal contractor, small business mentor and recognized industry leader it has become today. The company has multiple locations across North America, including headquarters in Lowell, Arkansas, and a Washington, D.C.-metro office.

CRI Attends FSA Training Conference 🌐🤝

Joining over 1,300 Higher Education and Financial Aid professionals, CRI attended the Federal Student Aid (FSA) Training Conference in Washington, D.C.

The team also participated in a panel with fellow Federal Loan Servicers Aidvantage, Nelnet, ED Financial, and MOHELA, giving schools the opportunity to engage directly with servicers and discuss Federal Student Aid servicing. This participation highlighted CRI’s commitment to supporting institutions and staying at the forefront of student aid services.
