When West Texas turns up the heat, our construction teams turn up the care. ☀️ On 100°+ days, our teams make time to head into the field with cold water for the Trade Partners working alongside us. This time, they turned up the fun, too, with paletas!

We’re so thankful for all of the partners who serve alongside us, build alongside us, and help move the mission forward every day.

One-on-ones… a highlight of the week around here! 🤝

Once a week, leaders and team members set aside an intentional hour during the workday to step away from the task list and talk about anything but work.

One of the unique benefits available to team members (and their families or one guest) is the opportunity to step away from the familiar and see what God is doing around the world through Vision Trips! 🌍

So far, 17 trips have gone out and returned home, with five more still on deck!

The destinations may change each year, but the purpose remains the same: to experience the vision of the ministry partners we support and witness their impact firsthand.

Our hope is that each person returns home with renewed purpose and a story worth sharing, because some of the most meaningful advocacy begins after the trip, when those stories inspire others to see, pray, give, and get involved.
