Robert Madden Industries is proud to announce a new partnership with KCC Manufacturing, bringing KCC’s dedicated outdoor air systems to customers throughout West Texas, including the Texas Panhandle, South Plains, Permian Basin, and surrounding areas.

Our mission has remained the same: Building Dependable Partnerships. KCC is a natural fit with that commitment. As an employee-owned manufacturer, KCC brings strong engineering expertise and proven ventilation and humidity-control solutions to the market.

Through this partnership, contractors and dealers will have access to KCC’s factory engineering support alongside RMI’s local sales teams, training centers, and technical expertise.

We’re excited to share that Robert Madden Industries has acquired Shore Distributors, Inc., bringing together two longstanding, family-owned HVAC distributors and expanding Robert Madden Industries' service footprint into Maryland, Delaware, and Virginia.

Founded in Salisbury, Maryland in 1946, Shore Distributors has built an 80-year legacy of dependable service, knowledgeable support, and strong relationships with contractors, employees, vendors, and the communities it serves. We’re honored to build on that legacy and welcome Shore’s employees and customers to the RMI family.

This acquisition brings together two companies with a shared commitment to strong relationships and dependable service. As we begin this next chapter together, we look forward to supporting Shore’s customers and employees while building on the strengths of both organizations.
