Meet our Venue Manager, Andrea Maher! ✨

Andrea is your go-to girl for all things events in our venue space, whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday party, corporate event, or special celebration, she’s here to help make the process stress-free and exciting from start to finish.

Her favorite wine is our Bourbon-Barrel Primitivo (stay tuned for more information on its release 👀), and her favorite food is the Turkey, Spinach, and Havarti Pretzel Brioche Bun sandwich, only available at lunch!

What Andrea loves most about her job is getting to pour so much of herself into someone’s special day and watching everything come together for such an important moment in their lives. She says being even a small part of those memories is incredibly rewarding. Her favorite Adelphos memory is actually her own wedding day in our beautiful venue space. 💍

When she’s not at the winery, Andrea enjoys working out at F45, reading, painting, taking care of her we**ie dogs, and needlepointing.

Say hello to the man behind the wine, our winemaker, Manuel Lechuga!

With nearly 37 years of experience, Manuel’s passion for winemaking began at Pheasant Ridge Winery, where he’s grateful to owner Bobby Cox for giving him his start. During a time of transition, Manuel stepped into the world of winemaking and learned the craft hands-on, guided by consultant Enrique Ferro. What started as an unexpected opportunity quickly became a lifelong passion.

Manuel joined Adelphos as a consultant from 2018 to 2019 and officially became a full-time winemaker in 2020. His favorite part of the process is harvest, when the fruit arrives and reveals both its quality and the potential each vintage holds.

When it comes to his favorite wines, Manuel enjoys Diamante and El Consentido. Both are full-bodied and complex, and he considers them among the best wines they’ve produced. Choosing between them, he says, is like picking a favorite child. One of Manuel’s most meaningful experiences at Adelphos has been the creative freedom to craft wines that reflect his own style and palate, something he didn’t always have earlier in his career. Outside of work, he enjoys sharing a glass of wine with the Adelphos team.
