South Plains Valley Irrigation is looking for the right person to join our growing team as Warehouse Manager.

We’re not just looking for someone to manage inventory, organize a warehouse, or move parts around. We’re looking for someone who wants to build something with us.

This position will take ownership of our warehouse, parts room, and equipment yards while working closely with our sales, service, and installation teams. It’s a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where your work will have a direct impact on our customers and our entire operation.

Most importantly, we want this to be more than just a job. We’re looking for someone who wants to learn our business, grow with our company, take on more responsibility over time, and build a long-term career with South Plains Valley Irrigation.

If you’re someone who:

Takes pride in doing things right

Likes to stay busy and solve problems

Has a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Enjoys working with people and customers

Wants to grow professionally and take on new challenges

Isn’t afraid to get your hands dirty and lead from the front

…we’d love to hear from you.

Experience in warehouse management, inventory, agriculture, irrigation, or parts distribution is a plus, but we’re just as interested in finding the right person with the right attitude and desire to grow.

Come be part of a company where your work matters, your effort is noticed, and there’s an opportunity to build a career—not just clock in and clock out.

Happy Labor Day from South Plains Valley Irrigation!

There's something powerful about watching a cotton field stretch to the horizon under a big West Texas sky — rows of hard work, patience, and grit turning into the fiber that clothes a nation.
On this Labor Day, we want to pause and honor the people who don't get a day off during harvest season — the West Texas farmers, cotton growers, and ag workers who wake up before sunrise, fight the wind and drought, and pour everything they have into the land. This holiday exists because of hands like theirs.
At South Plains Valley Irrigation, we don't just install and service center pivot and drip irrigation systems — we partner with the folks who feed and clothe this country. Every drop of water we help deliver, whether it's keeping crops cool from a pivot or feeding roots through a drip line, is an investment in someone's livelihood, their family's future, and America's food and fiber supply.
To every farmer, rancher, and laborer out here on the South Plains: thank you for your work, today and every day.
We're honored to keep the water flowing so you can keep doing what you do best. 💧🚜🌱

Out here on the South Plains, we know that farming is never easy — and these dry days are testing everyone. But no matter how tough the season gets, we keep showing up, keep working, and keep believing in what’s ahead.

The sun will always rise, and when conditions get tough, South Plains Valley Irrigation will be there to help you keep moving forward.

We know these dry years test everyone. We know the uncertainty, the long days, and the challenges that come with trying to make a crop when Mother Nature isn’t cooperating. But we also know the strength and determination of the farmers who work this land.

The drought may be tough, but farmers are tougher. And every morning we wake up, we’re one day closer to the next rain. 🌧️

When you need us, we’ll be here — helping you get through the tough times and looking forward to better days ahead.

South Plains Valley Irrigation — Here when you need us. Through the tough times and into the good ones.

Mapping today, planning for tomorrow. 🌱💧
South Plains Valley Irrigation is out in New Mexico mapping a field in preparation for a future subsurface drip irrigation (SDI) installation.
Accurate field mapping is an important first step in designing an efficient irrigation system. By understanding the field layout, terrain, and conditions, we can help develop an SDI system tailored to the needs of the operation—delivering water where it’s needed while maximizing efficiency.
Another field, another opportunity to put water to work smarter.
It’s all about the water. 💧💧💧

Your irrigation package plays a big role in how efficiently water is applied across your pivot.

If nozzles are worn and components are no longer performing as they should, you may be using more water and energy than necessary while getting less consistent results in the field.
