A few months ago, it was reintroduced as the Texas Tech University Reese National Security Complex—a name that reflects a powerful collaboration between the Lubbock Reese Redevelopment Authority and Texas Tech University.
This evolution represents more than a rebrand. It signals the transformation of the property from a traditional business park into a world-class national security complex designed to support innovation, research, and mission-critical operations. While the name has changed, our commitment has not. The Lubbock Reese Redevelopment Authority remains a champion for development of the property, working side by side with Texas Tech University to drive this vision forward.
