Quilted Treasures by Mel I am a small business making custom quilts, fleece throws, pillows, and embroidery items. I needed a new way to earn extra money to help make ends meet.

As a single mom with no financial support but my own, I needed a way I could make extra money to support a growing boy, as well as stay at home with him in the evenings. I work a full time job already the choices were slim. So when a friend noticed my cover and asked that I make her one and she would pay for it, I thought why not. Then she loved it and ordered one for each of her daughters and tha

t was how it started. I give all my thanks to God for he is the one truly behind the inspiration to keep going and gives me strength to keep positive. What started out as just making bible covers has developed into making quilts and more. I love being able to create something from fabric that could become a treasured possession. Each quilt is made with careful consideration and love. Thank you for anyone who supports my business.
