Nana's Home Day Care & Learning Center has closed it's doors. After COVID we could not get enough children to stay open. We have enjoyed having the many children and their families through out the years. Over 20 and I love seeing my babies when I can. They are all so amazing and beautiful. We will miss your all please stay in contact.

P.S. we are having a hug sale April 8-10 2022 so please send this along to anyone who might need some Items. We have school supplies, art's and crafts, play toys all ages, riding toys and so much more.

Nana's Home Daycare located in Lucas, OH is a place where children are not only cared for, but are also loved, and taught a curriculum that provides an easy transition into kindergarten. Our goal is to teach them all that we can before they head off to kindergarten so that they will be confident in themselves once they get there. We find a great deal of pride in our ability to communicate with the parents of our children. This allows for a cohesive teaching process that continues even after the children have left our facility for the day. The children that attend our childcare and their families quickly become family to us as well. We have started up our field trips, and the children are enjoying it a great deal. We have started going to the library. We our doing the summer reading program. Enjoying books, games, grab and go activities the library has for us.
We have also started going to fun in the park. We have had the chance to visit the log cabins, the gardens, have done art, fused glass, nature art, and are excided to do the next art project this week.
We hope to do more field trips as they become available to us. We will keep you updated on all of our fun.

We are entering Summer and having all our school age children back again full time. We are all excited and getting ready for all to return.
We miss all those who have left as they move on in their lives. We are trying to find a way we can get together with all of kids, parents, and family members.

Hi everyone, as you know we just got done celebrating Valentine's Day. We had great fun and all of the children took part. We all had a great time and would share pictures, but we were having so much fun we forgot to take pictures. Bummer right! Oh well we will try harder next time to remember to take pictures. The main thing is that we had a great time and got to kind of forget about COVID-19, while still following all rule's. The children need this kind of thing to get them back to some kind of normalcy.

This month we have welcomed back three of our friends and oh have they been missed. They were welcomed back with open arms, and self hug's. Not as good as the real one's but for know it will have to do. A lot of love for they were greatly missed by staff and students. So we want to give them a great welcome back. 😍
