We have not been on Facebook as Travis’s health has been declining. We are very sorry if a message has been seen but not responded to. We have had a huge amount and are trying to get back to everyone as fast as possible.

Please keep Travis in your prayers as he’s having a very hard time at the moment. We will be sending someone around tomorrow to get trash if yours is behind.

We are aware that some have been missed during the switch of drivers. If this has happened you will be credited for that.

Invoices are sent out automatically. If this is something you’re upset about please message us and we will get to you as soon as possible.

We did have a truck break down with that being said it’s up and going. We will be working through the weekend to make sure everyone’s weekly pickup will be done by Monday. We do understand that this is frustrating as it is for us as well. We will make it right for everyone.

We did have a truck go down. We have worked adequately at getting this fixed. No one has been missed. All routes will resume and be picked up by the end of the week.

Routes are as followed unless posted that we are a day behind.

Tuesday: Franklin Furnace, and wheelersburg
Wednesday: Rosemount, and valley area
Thursday: west side, stout, beuna vista, blue creek
Friday: McDermott and northwest area

According to the National Weather Service in Wilmington, Ohio timing of severe weather today has shifted a little earlier. With this shift, it has also removed the potential for us to focus on a particular time/area in the future. Timing and particular threats will be storm-based and could be in multiple locations at the same time.

We are pulling our crews off routes. Please bare with us as safety will always be our top priority. We will resume tomorrow after the severe weather has passed.

We have both trucks out. If your on our Friday route and not picked up today it will be Monday. We will go until both trucks are full.

Most of our yearly customers are now due at this time. Also our give away customers that had won a year of service.
