Dental hygienist needed for Lynn, Lowell, Methuen or Cambridge areas. This is a potential position working as a PHDH (Public Health Dental Hygienist). 1 day per week, approximately 8:30am-2:30pm (this may vary by location). Must have a current Massachusetts license, current CPR certification (healthcare provider course), current professional liability insurance (or the ability to get), have 5+ years of clinical experience, current resume, be willing to work in a portable, non-traditional dental setting independently and be flexible. Must also have, or be willing to obtain, the necessary requirements to work as a PHDH in Massachusetts and to be credentialed as a provider with insurance companies. I will work with you on this if this is not already in place. My program visits a variety of settings, including, but not limited to, elder programs and locations, adult and children’s day care centers, group homes, assisted living facilities/nursing homes and homebound patients homes.
