Here's the lineup for tomorrow's wine tasting open house!
First, and foremost, the 2024 Cabernet Franc. This beautiful medium bodied wine exhibits notes of bell peppers, red fruit, and clear oak aging. Try it now, and take a bottle home for later!
Next up, starting from the left, is my 2024 Rkatsiteli. This wine has continued to develop in bottle and continues to display beautiful floral character, with tasting notes of ripe nectarines. Light tannins give this wine enough character to pair well with rich chicken dishes, or it can be enjoyed on its own.
The 2024 Chardonnay has turned out to be a luxurious wine for lovers of oakes Chardonnay. This wine screams buttered popcorn, and it develops in glass into having a beautiful fruit character.
The 2023 Chambourcin Rosé continues to express itself as a fun and light wine. The cranberry notes remain prominent, and this wine makes a lovely accompaniment to a beautiful day next to a body of water of your choice.
Finally, the 2023 Redbud is a beautiful Bordeaux inspired blend of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This light to medium red is approachable and fun, with plenty of cassis notes and noticeable oak barrel aging.
