Almost 60 years ago our family began its journey into the world of the bail bond industry, and has expanded our capability to write bail bonds in every available state. Unlike most sureties, we grew up in the "retail" bail bond business and, to this day, family members continue to operate bail agencies, such as Fred Frank Bail Bonds Baltimore Bail Bonds. Not all Contractual Liability Insurance Policies (CLIPs) are the same. At Lexington National, we offer two types of CLIPs designed to meet different business needs:
✔️ Failure to Perform CLIPs – Provide direct coverage to consumers if a provider fails to fulfill its contractual obligations.
✔️ Reimbursement CLIPs – Reimburse the provider for valid claim payments made to service contract customers.
