Fiber construction on Lonesome Pines Rd is DONE! 🎉 Splicer Mike will be there this Friday or Saturday to connect the fiber hubs — and that means we'll begin lighting up customers on Lonesome Pines within the next week! ⚡

We are also beginning construction work work on Lava Rd/Valley Rd loop.

⚠️ Planned PUD Outage May 16–17 — Klick-Net Will Remain on Generator Power ⚠️

Klickitat PUD has announced a planned power outage that will affect Trout Lake, beginning Saturday, May 16 at 11:30 PM and lasting until approximately Sunday, May 17 at 8:00 AM.

During this outage, Klick-Net will be operating our network equipment on generator power and will transition back to utility power once PUD service is restored.

If your home has backup power, such as a whole-house generator or other generator/UPS system, and it provides power to both your Klick-Net modem/ONT and your Wi-Fi router, your internet service should remain available.

If your home does not have backup power, your internet service will be offline during the outage because the equipment inside your home requires power to operate. When power is restored, it will take approximately 8-10 minutes for your internet service to resuming working. Do not press the reset button on your device, just be patient while it goes through the startup process.

They’ll be helping us get the rest of the roads around Trout Lake completed. Day 1 included troubleshooting a customer issue that required splicing some fiber for a failed mechanical connector then plowing 630 ft of conduit along Bryan’s Rd.
