A magnificent ending to a spring-like day. Another day closet to Spring!

After all these years, I am convinced now, more than ever, that my efforts to create more creative and humane leaders is such a truly worthwhile endeavor! Sometimes I am overwhelmed by this responsibility, but I am fortunate enough to have great support from all my Tufts colleagues - both my academic and support colleagues for the wisdom they share, and my IT buddies for the job they do in creating my very professional asynchronous leadership videos and Zoom sessions (they continue to promise to “make Jerry a star!!).

I’m thrilled at the direction our work at the Gordon Institute of Technology is going. Last week I submitted my ideas for ten (yup, 10!) new leadership courses in the hopes that we can be regarded as a world class educational institution. …And we will!
