Job Title: Unarmed Security Officer – Nightlife Venue (Trading Post)

📍 Location:

Lynchburg, VA
Friday & Saturday Nights
8:00 PM – 2:00 AM

💵 Pay:

$18 – $22 per hour (based on experience & certifications)

🔹 Job Description:

BAAM Executive Security is seeking professional, reliable, and disciplined Unarmed Security Officers for a high-energy nightlife venue.

Officers will be responsible for maintaining a safe, controlled, and professional environment while representing the BAAM standard.

🔹 Responsibilities:

Monitor entrance and verify guest access
Maintain visible presence inside the venue
De-escalate conflicts professionally
Conduct periodic perimeter checks (parking lot / exterior)
Coordinate with team members via radio communication
Complete incident reports as needed

🔹 Requirements:

Must be 18+ years old
DCJS Registration (preferred or willing to obtain)
Strong communication and situational awareness
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to stand for extended periods
Weekend availability required

🔹 Preferred Experience:

Security, military, or law enforcement background
Experience in nightlife or event security
Familiarity with de-escalation techniques
