To the average eye these large problems may seem tiny, irrelevant, or even obsolete. Uncovered electrical wiring, electrical components too close to flammable materials, old out of date galvanized plumbing that could cause harm to your home and your family, blue/green deposits on plumbing(signs of hard water), and cracked foundations are all major problems and just a scratch on the surface of things that are inspected by Fisher Home Inspections.
