🚧 Now Hiring: Ground Hand – Underground Utility Construction

JCL Inc. is seeking a motivated and dependable Ground Hand to join our underground construction team. This position plays a key role in supporting underground fiber and utility installation projects while working alongside experienced crew members in the field.

Requirements:
✔ Valid Driver’s License (Required)
✔ Reliable transportation
✔ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
✔ Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
✔ Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor safely
✔ Construction or utility experience is a plus, but not required

🚧 We’re Hiring – Underground Horizontal Drill Operator 🚧

JCL Incorporated is looking for an experienced and dependable Underground Horizontal Drill Operator to join our growing team.

📍 Based out of Lynchburg, Virginia (work throughout the state and surrounding states)
🕒 Type: Full-time

What we’re looking for:
• Experience in operating horizontal directional drilling (HDD) equipment
• Ability to read plans and locate utilities
• Strong understanding of job site safety and OSHA standards
• Dependable, hard-working, and team-oriented
• CDL preferred (but not required depending on experience)

Responsibilities:
• Operate and maintain HDD equipment
• Work alongside crew to complete underground utility installations
• Ensure safe and efficient drilling operations
• Perform daily equipment inspections
