Complex anterior cases come down to the details.

This case involved a PFM bridge from #6–11, supported by custom titanium abutments at #7, #8 and #9.

Tooth number 8 had to disappear beside its natural counterpart, matching shape, value, translucency, and the subtle character of the adjacent tooth.

Our ceramics team built those details into the porcelain, and the restoration seated with zero adjustment.

Recently, a patient who visited our lab for a custom shade match sent our team a thoughtful thank you card and a beautiful fruit basket.
