WE ARE HIRING!!!
We are looking for a new addition to our security team. The position that we have available is Security Service Technician. Someone who could work Monday - Friday 8am-4:30pm. Experience preferred but not required, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Job Requirements:
- Must pay attention to detail, self motivated and willing to learn
- Must be willing to work in all conditions and able to lift up to 50lbs
-Must have good time management skills.
-Must be able to troubleshoot issues and be a good problem solver
-Must have good communication skills (both written & verbal)
- Must be able to interact with customers in a kind and professional manner
-Knowledge of low voltage wiring is a bonus but not required

Pay is based on experience. Benefits such as PTO, Health Insurance, and IRA available.

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization's processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production of installations crews
• Keep record of profit and loss
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service
Preferred Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operations management
