Pictures don't do justice to the bulge in this chimney from an internal colapse of an 800lb pice of the crown. Rebuild includes 2 fireplace and 1 heating flue.

Winthrop Shore dr. Shocked this didn't fall down on the cars below. Recommended rebuild. But it's completely solid now with no threat of collapse for years to come. Still a bit ugly,lol.
