Registering is the first step. What comes next is where the support really begins.

After signing up, providers complete a short Business Health Assessment, a set of yes-or-no questions that help identify where your program stands and what kind of support fits best.

From there, you receive a personalized learning plan and get connected with a coach who understands the realities of running a child care business.

You decide how you engage, whether through one-on-one coaching, group sessions, monthly virtual training, or self-paced modules. All of it is designed around your schedule and your goals.

Registrarse es el primer paso. Lo que sigue es donde realmente comienza el apoyo.

Después de inscribirse, los proveedores completan una breve Evaluación de Salud Empresarial, una serie de preguntas de sí o no que ayudan a identificar en qué punto se encuentra su programa y qué tipo de apoyo se adapta mejor a sus necesidades.

A partir de ahí, usted recibe un plan de aprendizaje personalizado y se conecta con un coach que entiende la realidad de administrar un negocio de cuidado infantil.

Usted decide cómo participar: a través de coaching individual, coaching en grupo, sesiones virtuales mensuales o módulos a su propio ritmo. Todo está diseñado en función de su horario y sus metas.
