If TSA officers were paid regardless of government shutdowns, there would be no disruption in airport security. Privatization could also lower costs for taxpayers while still ensuring consistent security, as long as the government maintains oversight and sets minimum standards.

April is Child Abuse Prevention Month and we are stepping in to help our partners at the Suquamish Tribal Child Welfare office kick off their campaign efforts.

TCW will be hosting several events throughout the month and we will be helping get the word out. The most obvious is Blue Wednesday; wear your blue and show you care; does that mean that if you don’t wear blue……. You decide. Then, each Tuesday and Friday there will be a glass float scavenger hunt, we will share the clues, etc. So, let’s keep the kids in mind and join TCW as we recognize Child Abuse Prevention Month.

I will have several other posts to put out shortly so keep checking back for more info, both on the TCW events but also about our community pancake breakfast this Friday (THIS FRIDAY) and the heavy subject of s*x offender registration will be discussed.

Stanwood, Wa reactivates Flock cameras after the Driver Privacy Act, or Senate Bill 6002, requires agencies to delete most license plate data within 21 days, prohibits data collection near schools and immigration facilities, and restricts sharing information with out-of-state or federal agencies. Violations could result in gross misdemeanor charges and penalties under the Consumer Protection Act.

But they cant stop us from adding APLR cameras to our vehicles. lmao 😆

Albertsons grocery stores are set to close, laying off hundreds of employees nationwide due to the merger with Kroger Co. being blocked by Gov. Ferguson, other state DAs, and a federal judge.

And now the states that took it upon themselves to force more store closures and layoffs want Kroger to pay their attorney fees, amounting to $10 million. A federal judge awarded the fees. Appeals have been issued.

Albertsons is closing additional stores and cutting jobs nationwide as it works to stabilize operations following the collapse of its $24.6 billion merger with Kroger, intensifying pressure on the grocery chain. MORE BELOW ⬇️

⚠️ Man wanted for questioning in regards to an assault on March 31st in Bothell Washington.

An adult female was assaulted while walking near 240th St SE and 31st Dr SE (Pinnacle Sonata area) in Bothell.

The individual pictured was seen in the area prior to the incident and is believed to be involved. His behavior included pacing, moving through yards, and repeatedly crossing the street. A blue Toyota Prius was also observed driving through the area multiple times and may be associated.
