When a business updates its brand, its signage should keep up. We recently helped Ballard Heating, Cooling, Electric and Plumbing, formerly Ballard Natural Gas, carry their new branding onto their location at Lynnwood East Business Park on 196th St SW in Lynnwood.

As part of the rebrand, we updated their building sign above the main entrance with the new logo and service lineup, and refreshed their panel on the business park’s pylon sign so customers see the same look from the street to the front door. Consistent signage helps customers recognize the business right away and reflects the full range of services Ballard now offers.

Ballard is a long standing client, and we always enjoy working with their team as their business grows. We recently completed exterior signage for JDM House MotorSports, an auto repair shop on Highway 99 in Lynnwood. The shop offers auto repair, maintenance and service, and needed signage that clearly identifies its service bay for drivers and customers arriving on site.

We provided a non-illuminated ACM panel sign mounted above the bay door, featuring the shop’s Seattle skyline logo, services and phone number. Our team also handled the sign permit with the City of Lynnwood from start to finish, so the owners could stay focused on running their business. Permitting can feel complicated for business owners, and we make it simple for our clients by taking care of the paperwork, drawings and coordination. The result is a clean, professional storefront that’s easy to spot along the busy Highway 99 corridor.
