Bright Beginnings Doula Care Compassionate, personalized Postpartum support. My name is Valerie and I’m a mother of three boys and three girls ranging from ages 7 - 15 years.

As a postpartum doula and certified mental health advisor, my number one priority is supporting and empowering new parents through direct, hands-on support as well as listening to and helping families process the biopsychosocial changes that come along when they welcome a new baby into their routines. I specialize in awake nighttime care allowing families to get meaningful nightly rest during the toughest early ‘leaky’ days of their infant’s life. By helping new parents get quality sleep and teaching healthy day/night sleep habits to babies I help families transition into early parenthood with ease and a clearer mind that will ultimately help parents make the best decisions possible for their babies relationships and lives. I believe in empathetic, individualized care centered on physical and mental health first and foremost, empowering parents to be the best versions of themselves for their children and create healthy lasting bonds.
