About the Role
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Office Medical Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our medical practice. This role is essential to creating a positive patient experience and keeping front office operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Greet and check in patients in a professional and courteous manner
• Answer incoming phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars
• Verify patient information, insurance, and collect co-pays
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Coordinate communication between patients, providers, and clinical staff
• Handle general administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
