A lot happens before you get the keys. 🔑

Once a property is under contract, there’s work happening behind the scenes to get everything ready for closing:
🔎 We search the public records to verify ownership and check for liens, easements or other issues tied to the property.
📄 We resolve title issues like outstanding liens, missing documents or recording errors that need to be addressed before closing.
✍️ We work with lenders and agents on final figures, payoffs and closing documents.

This Macclenny home sits on 2.5 acres, giving you plenty of room to spread out while still being close to town and I-10. It’s a great example of what we love about living here, a little more space without being far from the places you visit every day.

The land can still be affected by things like easements, existing liens or other matters in the public record. There may also be liens connected to work completed during construction.
